Close your eyes, and
Breathe it in
Notice the silence leaning
Breathe out
Focus on the pattern you’re creating
Heed towards within
Feel your heart beating
Remove any doubt
Do not alter what you’re thinking
Feel your skin
Scan how your blood’s flowing
Feel your body throughout
Listen to your breathing
Breathe it in
Your mind is calming
Breathe out
Enjoy your inner self liberating
A new beginning
Diving into deep waters
Foreign Surroundings
Needle and red thread
Have time to sew what’s broken
Keep that thing beating
Cold
The only thing my skin would want
to feel
Every night before I sleep
Presence
Of yours enlightens this dark room
to accompany
This lonely soul in me
You’ve gone early,
Slept early in an expensive bed
But I still do smell the white rose
I’ve given to you
Before dirt covered your home and flesh
for eternity
Forty six percent

of the screen
Four nineteen in the afternoon
displayed on
the same screen
Can I see
the remaining percent
of my life
and my time
as a result of wasting all of them?
Nineteen becomes Twenty-three
Forty-six becomes Forty-five
It’s counting
and reducing
It’s better to lose myself
In the words of my poetry
Than to suffer in the reality
Of unforgotten love
But everlasting agony
Years from now,
I want to be
Happy
And for me to be happy
Is to see others
Happy
I can still chat to someone
even once in two weeks,
I still have someone
who lives in the same roof,
Maybe I’m not that lonely,
At least I can expect
that they will hear me
I’ve wandered over the seas
Flown through the clouds
Climbed the summits of the mountains
And walked through the vastness of the deserts
with nothing beyond the horizon
And now
